This qualification is the industry-recognised award for someone who has some knowledge of property auctioneering and is currently working as a property auctioneer or valuer. This qualification is accepted for NAVA Propertymark membership.

How to book your exam?

  • To book your exam please visit the Propertymark website or the PearsonVue website.

On arrival at Sense IT, these are the things to expect:

  • You will need to provide 2 forms of ID. 1 primary ID, either a driving licence and/or passport. If you only present 1 primary form you will also need to show a secondary form, this is a bank card. The ID must be your name, in date, have a signature and/or picture, depending on the ID you provide from the list above.
  • Exam materials: Please note you are not allowed to take your own exam materials in the room. We will give you 1 whiteboard and a couple of pens to make any notes throughout the exam.
  • Drinks: You are not allowed to take your own drinks into the exam room, we do have bottles of water available that you can purchase for £1. All money collected from the water bottles goes to our local charity.
  • There are free lockers to place all your items in, the lockers are very secure as you always keep the locker key with you during your time here at Sense IT.
  • There are no scheduled breaks during the exam. Although, you are welcome to use the facility during the exam, please note the time will continue to count down.
  • The technology used ensures no results are lost in case of a power-cut.

 

  • Results: You will have a printout waiting for you at reception.
